From the totally awesome department, the Japanese have completed a life sized Gundam model for the 30th anniversary of the franchise. I have totally fallen in love with several of the newer anime such as Macross Frontier and Gundam 00, because they have a level of story telling and visual quality that American animation rarely reaches.
