- Alex Cox is a multi-field troubleshooter residing in Charlotte, NC. Originally from a small town in Virginia, Alex graduated Eastern Kentucky University in 1999, and spent his twenties working as a park ranger, pharmacy technician, houseparent, police officer, claims adjuster, and security operations manager. In mid-2002, Alex bought a personal computer that failed just out of warranty, beginning a path that has quickly progressed from law enforcement to operations support for the best computer company in the world.
